# ROGUE’S APARTMENT — LOCATION SHEET v0.1
**Status:** CANON LOCATION SHEET — INITIAL DRAFT
**Location:** Corpo Plaza, City Center, Night City
**Primary Resident:** Rogue Amendiares
**Function:** Rogue’s genuine private residence
**First major story relevance:** Post–ACE 200 / Friday 20:00 continuity
---
## 1. CORE LOCATION LOCK
Rogue’s private residence is located in **Corpo Plaza**, in the **second-highest tower in the district**.
The apartment occupies the **entire top floor** of the tower.
It is an extraordinarily expensive property even by Corpo Plaza standards, but nothing about the residence publicly identifies Rogue Amendiares as its owner, tenant, or beneficiary.
The exact tower name is intentionally **OPEN CANON**.
The exact floor number is intentionally **OPEN CANON**.
These details must not be invented in prose unless separately established and locked.
---
## 2. OWNERSHIP / PAPER TRAIL
The true ownership of the apartment is effectively invisible.
The property sits behind an exceptionally deep and deliberately complicated network of:
- shell corporations,
- holding companies,
- property-management entities,
- intermediary ownership structures,
- and financial arrangements designed to prevent casual tracing of the beneficial owner.
Following the ownership chain does not lead directly to Rogue Amendiares.
A serious, deliberate investigation might eventually begin uncovering pieces of the structure, but ordinary corporate, municipal, banking, or property-management scrutiny has no reason to do so.
The practical reason is simple:
**Someone pays.**
Every bill, fee, maintenance charge, service contract, and other obligation connected to the property is paid correctly and on time.
The apartment causes no administrative problems.
Nobody responsible for managing an extremely expensive Corpo Plaza property has any incentive to start asking unnecessary questions about a customer who pays reliably and demands privacy.
### HARD LOCK
**Rogue Amendiares must never appear as the obvious registered owner of the apartment.**
---
## 3. WHY THE SECOND-HIGHEST TOWER
Rogue does not need the tallest building in Corpo Plaza.
The residence is not a public demonstration of status.
It is not a trophy property intended to make people look upward and think of Rogue Amendiares.
The second-highest tower gives Rogue virtually everything the tallest could provide — altitude, privacy, security, exclusivity, and an extraordinary view over Night City — without carrying the symbolic need to own or occupy the most conspicuous possible location.
This distinction suits Rogue:
She has nothing left to prove through an address.
---
## 4. PURPOSE OF THE RESIDENCE
This apartment is **not another Afterlife**.
It is not:
- a secondary fixer office,
- a mercenary briefing room,
- a public meeting venue,
- an extension of Rogue’s throne at the Afterlife,
- or a place where clients casually come looking for her.
Rogue has spent decades building places, networks, routines, and relationships around the professional identity of **Rogue Amendiares — Queen of the Afterlife**.
The apartment exists outside that machinery.
### PRIMARY CHARACTER RULE
**Rogue’s apartment is the place where Rogue does not need to be Rogue Amendiares, Queen of the Afterlife.**
This distinction must remain visible whenever the location is used.
Rogue does not become a different person at home. She does not suddenly become conventionally domestic, sentimental, or soft.
She simply does not need to perform the public and professional version of herself.
Private glimpses of Rogue here should remain rare, understated, and meaningful.
---
## 5. ROGUE’S WEALTH
Rogue’s actual wealth is never publicly quantified.
Within current Ace & Mai canon, the working assumption is that Rogue possesses **extreme personal wealth**, broadly comparable in scale to Elisa’s, although accumulated through a radically different life and structure.
Rogue could financially afford to stop working as a fixer.
She does not.
Money ceased being the primary reason for her work a long time ago.
The fixer world — information, mercenaries, negotiations, influence, problems, favors, leverage, and the constant movement of Night City through her hands — has become inseparable from the life she has built.
Rogue continues because she chooses to.
The apartment therefore must never create the impression that Rogue is secretly struggling financially or that maintaining the residence requires her continued fixer work.
---
## 6. GENERAL CHARACTER OF THE APARTMENT
The apartment is **extremely expensive without being ostentatious for its own sake**.
It must not read as generic corpo luxury.
It must not resemble a hotel suite.
It must not resemble Afterlife with better furniture.
The residence should feel accumulated rather than professionally staged.
Rogue has lived an extraordinarily long life by Night City standards. The apartment may eventually contain objects, furniture, artwork, technology, memorabilia, or other possessions gathered across decades.
Some may have histories that Rogue never explains.
Not every old object is automatically important.
Not every meaningful object requires exposition.
The apartment should communicate that Rogue has existed in Night City far longer than most of the people currently shaping it.
### VISUAL PRINCIPLE
The view is spectacular.
The apartment itself does not compete with it.
Night City is visible below and around Rogue rather than dominating the interior with excessive neon decoration.
### OPEN CANON
The following remain deliberately undefined in v0.1:
- exact floor plan,
- number of bedrooms,
- exact number of bathrooms,
- kitchen design,
- balcony or terrace configuration,
- specific furnishings,
- artwork,
- memorabilia,
- security architecture,
- elevator arrangement,
- garage arrangement,
- service access,
- emergency exits,
- AI or automation systems,
- exact window configuration.
These may be established only when story requirements make them relevant.
---
## 7. PRIVACY
Very few people have reason to know this residence exists.
Even fewer know where it is.
Rogue does not use the apartment as casual social territory.
Being invited there means something, even if Rogue never says so.
Knowledge of the apartment must therefore **not spread automatically through the extended cast** simply because Ace, Mai, and Shammy know its location.
---
## 8. ACE & MAI — FRIDAY 20:00
Following the events of **ACE 200**, Rogue establishes a recurring private arrangement with Ace and Mai.
The default is:
**Friday — 20:00**
The arrangement applies when **Rogue, Ace, and Mai are all in Night City and available**.
It is not an ownership claim over Ace and Mai’s Friday nights.
It is not an obligation.
It is not an exclusivity agreement.
It is not leverage connected to Rogue’s professional relationship with them.
All three participate because all three want to.
If schedules, operations, travel, Mandi/Dalia work, social plans, or other circumstances interfere, the evening may be skipped or moved.
Rogue may simply reschedule.
The important continuity is the relationship, not strict obedience to the calendar.
---
## 9. FRIDAY ARRIVAL RITUAL — DINNER
### HARD LOCK
Whenever Ace and Mai arrive for one of their regular private evenings with Rogue:
**Dinner is already waiting.**
It is never cheap convenience food thrown together because people need calories before the rest of the evening.
Rogue provides genuinely excellent food.
Over years of knowing Ace and Mai, Rogue has quietly learned their preferences.
She knows:
- foods they particularly enjoy,
- things they repeatedly order,
- things they avoid,
- combinations they prefer,
- small individual preferences,
- and details neither woman may remember explicitly telling her.
Meals can vary.
The principle does not.
Whenever practical, dinner includes something specifically chosen for **Ace** and something specifically chosen for **Mai**.
Rogue does not make a performance of knowing these things.
She pays attention.
That is enough.
### CHARACTER FUNCTION
The dinner ritual is one of the clearest private expressions of Rogue’s attachment to Ace and Mai.
Rogue would almost certainly reject sentimental terminology for it.
The narrative does not need to explain it.
The food is simply there.
Every time.
---
## 10. THE EVENING IS NOT JUST SEX
The Friday arrangement originates from mutual sexual and personal interest established around ACE 200, but the recurring evenings must never be reduced to scheduled sex.
Ace and Mai come to spend the evening **with Rogue**.
Dinner comes first naturally enough that it eventually requires no discussion.
They eat.
They talk.
They exchange stories.
They tease each other.
Rogue hears pieces of Ace and Mai’s lives that would never naturally surface across her table at the Afterlife.
Sometimes dinner lasts longer than expected.
Sometimes drinks follow.
Sometimes conversation matters more than whatever anyone originally imagined happening later.
There is no requirement to rush toward intimacy.
Physical intimacy remains part of the relationship, but the private evening itself is the important recurring structure.
---
## 11. ROGUE / ACE / MAI DYNAMIC
Inside the apartment, Rogue remains Rogue.
Ace remains Ace.
Mai remains Mai.
Nobody adopts a special domestic persona for the arrangement.
Their established personalities, humor, arguments, teasing, confidence, vulnerabilities, and sexual dynamics continue naturally.
The significant difference is context.
There is no audience.
No fixer and mercenary hierarchy needs to be performed.
No Afterlife crowd is watching.
No reputation needs maintaining.
Rogue can simply spend time with them.
Ace and Mai gradually become familiar enough with the apartment that their presence stops feeling exceptional without ever making the residence public territory.
The apartment can become comfortable to them.
It does not become theirs.
---
## 12. CONTINUITY RULE — ACCESS
Ace, Mai, and Shammy know where Rogue lives.
This is privileged information.
Shammy knowing the location is a deliberate exception and reflects Rogue’s trust in the Triad as a whole.
**Triad is Triad, always.** Ace and Mai’s private relationship with Rogue does not create a secrecy barrier inside the Triad.
As with Birgitta and other information Shammy understands to be private, **Shammy does not talk about it**. She does not casually mention the address, identify the building, discuss Rogue’s home with outsiders, or treat knowing the location as socially interesting information.
The fact that Ace, Mai, and Shammy know must not automatically mean:
- Brenda knows,
- Iris knows,
- Reyes knows,
- Kiro knows,
- Afterlife staff know,
- or the wider O’Sullivan SAS / Triad orbit knows.
Others may know that Ace and Mai spend Friday evenings with Rogue.
That is different from knowing **where**.
Shammy may naturally know when Ace and Mai are going there without making their destination a subject of conversation.
Her response to their Friday arrangement is consistent with the established Triad dynamic: no jealousy ritual, no interrogation, and no expectation of a report. At most, Shammy may greet them afterward with an intentionally ambiguous and thoroughly mischievous:
**“Satisfying evening?”**
Any additional character receiving the apartment’s actual location or access must be established deliberately.
### HARD LOCK
**Ace, Mai, and Shammy know the location of Rogue’s private apartment.**
**Shammy treats the location as private information and does not disclose or casually discuss it.**
**Ace and Mai’s relationship with Rogue does not alter or weaken the Triad.**
---
## 13. STORYTELLING RULE
The apartment should remain somewhat mysterious even after it becomes a recurring location.
Do not explain every security measure.
Do not catalogue Rogue’s possessions.
Do not turn every old item into a lore dump.
Do not make Rogue explain herself merely because Ace or Mai notices something.
The strongest use of the location is often implication.
An old object may sit somewhere without explanation for several stories.
A photograph may be turned partly away.
A piece of technology may be older than Ace expects but meticulously maintained.
Rogue may know exactly where something came from and simply answer:
**“Long story.”**
And sometimes that is all the story gets.
---
## 14. TONE LOCK
Rogue’s apartment should feel:
**Private.
Quiet.
Expensive.
Secure.
Lived-in.
Old without being obsolete.
Personal without becoming sentimental.**
Above all:
**It is Rogue’s home.**
Not the Queen of the Afterlife’s palace.
Not a fixer location.
Not a mercenary landmark.
Not another stage.
Just one extraordinarily private place high above Corpo Plaza where one of Night City’s most public legends can close the door.
And, increasingly often:
where three women have dinner together on Friday night.
